Order Policy
Everything we bake is made to order and that is why we kindly ask you to provide us with at least 5 days notice for your standard orders and 14 days notice for your custom orders. Exceptions can be made but not guaranteed.
We usually work on email replies on Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday of each week and are busy in the kitchen from Thursday until the weekends, so please be patient with us if you haven't heard back straight away.
